LankaHop acts as an online marketplace connecting travelers (“Users”, “Customers”) with local guides, drivers, travel assistants, tour operators, vehicle rental services, and accommodation providers (“Service Providers”) in Sri Lanka. LankaHop is not a travel agency or tour operator itself but provides a platform for listing, discovery, and booking of services.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use LankaHop.
LankaHop provides the tools to browse, compare, and book services, but final confirmation, quality, and delivery of those services are the responsibility of the Service Provider.
Bookings made on LankaHop are subject to confirmation by the Service Provider. Once confirmed, users will receive payment instructions, including multiple payment options such as bank transfer or online payment. Some bookings may require a deposit to secure reservations.
Prices are shown in the currency you select. By default, all prices are displayed in USD and may include or exclude local taxes and fees based on the provider’s terms.
Cancellation and refund terms vary by service provider. Users are advised to review the specific cancellation policy before booking. LankaHop facilitates communication between both parties but is not responsible for refunds beyond the provider’s stated policy.
LankaHop provides a platform for connecting users and providers but does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listed services. All bookings are agreements between the traveler and the provider.
LankaHop is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or delays resulting from interactions or transactions between users and providers. Users agree that LankaHop’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the disputed service.
All trademarks, logos, and content displayed on the Platform are the property of LankaHop or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.

LankaHop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
