Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, your tour leader will meet you and assist with the transfer toward Dambulla in Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle. The journey introduces you to the country’s lush countryside and rural landscapes.
After reaching Dambulla, visit the famous cave temple complex where centuries-old Buddha statues and colorful frescoes decorate the interior walls. The short walk up the rock pathway offers scenic views of the surrounding countryside. Later, continue to Sigiriya and check in at a peaceful nature resort for the night.
